SHIPPING POLICY
ShoeBox Footwear Boutique will do its utmost best to dispatch your order the day following your purchase.
We always aim to deliver within 3-5 working days (Standard delivery, and depending on the payment method used) any Order which we accept but we cannot guarantee any firm delivery dates.
All Orders will incur a non-refundable delivery fee of R99.00, but not limited to.
RETURN POLICY
Returns
Products will only be shipped to the purchaser’s nominated / selected address, alternatively made available for collection, upon the full invoice amount having been paid by the customer and once the funds have reflected in our banking account.
ShoeBox Footwear Boutique needs to be advised of all returns within 7 days after receipt of goods.
We will arrange for the purchase to be collected should it fall within the 7 days of your purchase being delivered. If your return is made outside of the 7 day period, you can post your return to ShoeBox Footwear Boutique at your cost: 10 Beach Road, House of CAN, Nahoon, East London.
Items need to be returned in original packaging with the original invoice. Always retain a copy of the invoice / order at all times. Delivery charges are non-refundable. Returns will be processed within 10 business days of being received by ShoeBox Footwear Boutique. We ensure that all products are of high quality when they are shipped to customers. Should it happen that your item is defective, it can be returned in line with the terms and conditions of the company policies for inspection. If the items are found to be defective, you will be entitled to:
*A full refund
*Product being repaired or replaced at the expense of ShoeBox Footwear Boutique
*Please note: the decision on repairing or replacing the items depends on availability and other relevant circumstances.
Should the product not be defective you will not be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. The items will be returned to you and the cost of the return to ShoeBox Footwear Boutique and the delivery back to you will be for your account. Please note that the following are primary reasons for the rejection of a claim. The list includes but is not limited to:
*Normal wear & tear
*Damage caused by incorrect use of product
*Damage caused by incorrect care of product
*Any repairs or changes made to the product not authorized by us.
Replacement
Items will be sent to you provided stock is available. Should it happen that we are out of stock, then you will be contacted and an alternative product will be recommended.
Refunds
All refunds will be processed within 10 days upon confirmation of refund. Refunds will be made by way of (EFT). Delivery fees are strictly non-refundable
Sale Items
There will be no exchanges/refunds allowed on sale items.
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled if the stock has not been dispatched. Once the stock has left with the courier, we are not able to accept a cancellation.
PAYMENT METHOD
Payments are to be made on confirmation by way of EFT.
